Come listen to Ken Butts of Datacolor present:
"How ultra-portable devices can be important tools for Textile Color Measurement"
Small, inexpensive, and relatively accurate, these instruments meet specific industry challenges. They can be carried in a purse or pocket and so are available at the point of inspiration, like at a store display or fashion show. They are sufficiently accurate for color matching, for example to check if the inspiration color is in an existing library of color standards.
Examples will be given for one such device, the ColorReader Pro, which provides accurate and fast color selection and identification for textiles and paints.
Join us after the talk for light refreshments and networking with fellow AATCC industry members at the Lawrenceville, New Jersey headquarters of Datacolor.
Cost for AATCC members and guests is $10. Students are free to attend.
